1. GENERAL
The intent of this Safety procedure is to establish safe working practices and standard, which shall be employed on the SITE and to detail the organizational requirements and obligations of AL‐JOUDAH CO. works there at. The purpose of this Project Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Plan is to provide maximum safety of personnel and property, and to avoid any adverse impact on the environment.

3. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Management accepts the responsibility for impressing upon all employees that safety and injury prevention have a high priority at AL‐JOUDAH CO. and that all rules and policies will be followed.
- Provides leadership and guidance to middle management for the acceptance, maintenance and enforcement of the Loss Prevention Program.
- Provides resources for training and monitoring the Loss Prevention Program.
- Periodically reviews the safety records and reporting functions.
- Promotes and attends safety functionalities.
- Maintains open lines of communication between employees, supervisors and management relative to the free exchange of safety suggestions and information.
- Monitors the follow‐up on recommendations made to improve performance and prevent accidents.
